Join us at Lost Shoe for a ‘Paint + Carve’ your own planter Pottery Workshop. You will receive a leather hard clay planter. The small planters will be around 4” in diameter, and will shrink slightly during firing. There will be a short intro to clay to share ways to decorate your vessel using a limited color palette of underglaze paints as well as carving techniques. At the end of class your instructor will take your masterpiece to fire it in the kiln. Once the vessels are fired they will be fully vitrified and become food, dishwasher, and microwave safe! Guests will have the option to pay an extra fee for shipping or pick up free of charge.
